Brief:

permanent tsb wanted to get users to open a 2 year Interest First Account. The 2 year Interest First Account not only has one of the best rates in the market but it also allows customers get their interest within 30 days of opening an account. They wanted to drive users to the permanent tsb site and encourage them to:

 

Target Audience:

 

Primary – Sensible and cautious, high net worth individuals who are over 55 year olds and have €10k+ to invest

Secondary - Anyone who will potentially have money to invest

 

Results:

As part of the campaign we decided to use a high impact Belly buster display ad on independent.ie, which was a first for this site to use this format. The other formats included an MPU, an expandable MPU and a leaderboard. The belly buster on Independent.ie had a Click Through Rate of 0.51% which is more than 6 times the industry average.
