Brief:

permanent tsb wanted an online campaign to launch of  their new Interest First Account.  This new account was unique to the market as it allows customers to receive the interest 30 days after they open their account with a 1 yr fixed rate deposit account for balances of €10K or more. Our challenge was to decide how to bring the animation Offline ads to life online.

Target Audience:

Sensible and cautious individuals who are not risk takers with €10k+ to invest

Strategy:

ICAN wanted to ensure synergy of message, look and feel across all media by keeping the ads simple to tell the story and to highlight the key benefit of the new product. We lead with the “Interest First” to capture attention and introduce the product name. By using new and different formats such as a homepage takeover, tri formats and a new format the BBC XXL Box, ICAN ensured that the ads stood out and created a big launch feel.
