1st FebruaryThe offline campaign told the story of how Jim, the nice eircom support guy was always there to help you find the perfect broadband package to suit you.
The audience was slightly female biased, aged 25 to 55. They were considering getting broadband or wondering whether their current eircom package was the perfect fit for them.
Our job was to tell the story online in an engaging way. We placed Jim right in front of the user as they surfed and had him interrupt their surfing experience to ask them if they thought their current situation could get any better than this?
