Jobs.ie – ‘Find the one for you’

BRIEF:

Jobs.ie wanted a campaign targeting the younger jobs market, that conveyed just how easy and straight forward it was to find a job that really suited you on jobs.ie.  They wanted to develop a unique look and feel their brand, to separate it from other recruitment sites, complete with a new logo, colour palette and endline.  Ultimately they wanted to drive jobseekers to jobs.ie

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Young adults – 18-27 year olds, primarily looking for their first / second job at junior levels in Hospitality, Leisure, Retail & Beauty

STRATEGY:

We created a multi-media campaign: ‘Find the one for you’.  Different formats highlighted different sectors to appeal to different audiences, which could be shown to a contextually relevant audience online.

  • Flash Display Ads
  • Radio campaign
  • DART & Luas cards
