Chesterfield Blackrock

Chesterfield Blackrock is an exclusive residential development in Blackrock by the Naus Group.

ICAN conceived, designed and developed an immersive website, using 3D fly through and CG photography, by Riot Design (UK). This website was created to deliver a full-screen experience and give potential buyers a real flavour of the drama and scale of the development. Interactive plans and a location map finished out the experience.

The website won Best Property Website at the 2008 Golden Spider Awards. It was was also voted Best Property Website at the Irish Times Property Advertising Awards 2008.
