ICAN is seeking an experienced Web Project Manager to join our growing web design and development offering, ICAN Web. You’ll enjoy a challenging variety of project types and working with a team of committed people who live and breathe digital projects.
Who we’re looking for
- An energetic, committed, passionate PM who understands web projects
- Excellent communcation, problem identification & resolution skills
- Someone who wants to learn and has an open mind
- Someone with good commercial awareness and who is processed orientated
What we’re looking for
- Solid technical understanding and an ability to identify the value of technologies to clients
- An experienced project manager, ideally 2-4 years or more in delivering web projects, software or media projects
- Excellent ‘soft’ PM skills: an understanding of quality, the importance of communication, with a firm control of a project and an innate understanding of how to get the most out of all project participants (from internal teams, to 3rd parties, to the client team)
- Good ‘hard’ PM skills: applying SDLC and good practice processes to deliver outcomes, with time, scope and cost control
- A formal PM certification would be an advantage
Your Role at ICAN
You’ll be part of the web division at ICAN as Web Project Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Web Projects
- Take responsibility for the Planning and Delivery of your web projects on behalf of ICAN
- Communicate regularly and effectively with your manager, your project participants, the client team and your internal web team assigned to the project
- Work with your team and manager to ensure optimum resource allocation
- Identify opportunities and communicate potential business leads and ideas to the Client Services team
- Ensure client satisfaction with quality delivered products
