To generate excitement and interest about the re-launch of Dundrum Town Centre’s Style Counsel, we set about giving Dundrum a seriously stylish online campaign, complete with display ads, a website refresh and a facebook application to match!
The Style Counsel is a personal styling service that helps shoppers get the best out of the centre, and their budget. At just €65 for a 2 hour consultation, suddenly having a personal stylist is a real option for shoppers, and pretty tempting with a free makeover and cocktail thrown in!
So, to let people know that the Style Counsel is back, we’ve refreshed the home page of Dundrum Town Centre (a user friendly site we recently designed for them) and brought users through to a page all about the service, where they could request a call or email back to arrange an appointment.

This was mirrored on Facebook, with a Style Counsel application on the Dundrum Shopping Centre Facebook page, with traffic driven in locally by Facebook social ads.

Finally, we created eye catching, online flash ads, featuring 4 of the stylists, to generate interest in the individual stylists, and awareness of the service, with the serious hook of being in with a chance of winning a free appointment plus a €500 shopping spree at Dundrum Town Centre, just for enquiring online.
Peggy O’Neil, Art Director, and ICAN’s resident fashionista, did a super job helming the creative, organising a photoshoot with Liam Murphy at the photography studio at The Mill in Harolds Cross. The task was to snap the stylists looking fashionable but as friendly and approachable as possible, to appeal to people who may never have thought of using a personal shopping service before.
The overall result is a fun and friendly campaign, advertising a service that will delight serious shoppers and give a helping hand to those of us who tend to get a bit lost….
